The entire house is only 400 sqft, so I guess there wasn't room for the fridge inside...

I think it's charming. a fixer-upper. throw a couple mil at it and you're good to go.

So, I was watching Flip this House last night, and in San Antonio TX, they bought a fixer upper for $31,000, put $10,000 in and it sold for like $60,000. It was totally cute. But then again, it's in TX (not that there's anything wrong with TX, just not my cup of tea).
